How do you deliver the final images?
We deliver the final images to you via an online gallery similar stylish as Pinterest, where you can easily download the images and share them with friends and family. The gallery is also a convenient way to view and select images for printing and is connected with several printing labs in the US and Europe.

It's always a good idea to wear clothes that are comfortable and that you feel confident in. Avoid patterns and logos, as they can be distracting in photos. What should I wear to the photoshoot?
Yes, Luis is happy to suggest locations for proposals. Some popular locations for proposals include scenic parks, beaches, gardens, and landmarks. If you have a specific location in mind, we can also work with you to ensure that the lighting and setting are perfect for capturing the moment. Alternatively, if you're open to suggestions, Luis can recommend a few of his favorite spots based on your location and style. Just let us know what you're looking for and we'll do our best to help make your proposal a memorable and beautiful experience.
Can you recommend locations for proposals?
After your session, Luis will spend some time carefully editing and retouching your photos to ensure they look their best. The turnaround time for receiving your final photos can vary depending on the length and complexity of your session, as well as Luis' current workload. However, we typically aim to provide you with a sneak peek of your photos within a few days of your session and deliver the full gallery within two to four weeks. In case of weddings the delivery time is around twelve weeks and the sneak peek after the first week. If you have a specific deadline in mind, please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs. You'll be able to view your photos online and download them from a password-protected online gallery. If you have any questions about when you can expect to receive your photos, don't hesitate to reach out to us.
When I can see my photos?
How many photographs do I get?
The number of photographs you receive after your session with Luis will depend on the length and type of session you've booked, as well as the specific package you've chosen. In general, you can expect to receive a minimum of 50 edited photos for a standard portrait session and at least 600 edited photos for a 6 hrs wedding coverage. In case of film photography expect to get around 24 photos per film roll. However, these are just estimates, and the actual number of photos you receive may be more or less depending on the circumstances. How does it work the payments?
For payment, Luis accepts a variety of methods, including online payment and bank transfer. We require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking and the balance is due on or before the day of your session. If you have any specific questions about payment, don't hesitate to reach out to us. We'll be happy to provide you with more detailed information and discuss any special arrangements that may be necessary.

If you need to reschedule your photoshoot due to inclement weather, Luis is usually happy to accommodate your request. The safety of you and your party is our top priority, and we understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you're concerned about the weather, don't hesitate to reach out to us. We'll work with you to find a new date that works for everyone. Please note that if you need to reschedule your session, we'll do our best to find a new date that is convenient for you, but we cannot guarantee availability on short notice. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule so that we can do our best to accommodate your request.
What if I need to reschedule our shoot due the weather?
In the unlikely event that Luis is unable to attend your wedding due to unforeseen circumstances, we have a few measures in place to ensure that your day is still documented as planned. First, Luis has a network of professional photographers who he trusts and works with regularly. If he is unable to attend your wedding, he will do everything he can to find a suitable replacement photographer who shares his style and approach. If we are unable to secure a replacement photographer, we will refund your retainer in full. Please note that we take every precaution to ensure that this doesn't happen, and Luis has an excellent track record of attending all of his booked events. However, in the unlikely event that something does come up, we will do everything we can to make sure your day is still captured beautifully.
What happens if you get sick or can’t travel?
What if you already booked or not available?
If Luis is already booked or not available on the date of your event, we'll do our best to help you find a suitable alternative. Luis has a network of professional photographers who he trusts and works with regularly, and we may be able to recommend someone who shares his style and approach. Please note that we cannot guarantee availability on short notice and recommend booking as far in advance as possible to secure your desired date. If you have any questions or concerns about availability, don't hesitate to reach out to us. We'll do our best to help you find a solution that works for you.
What if I had to cancel the session?
If you need to cancel your photoshoot, Luis' policies vary depending on the stage of the booking process and how far in advance you cancel. If you cancel your booking more than 60 days before the event, you will receive a refund of your retainer minus banks transfer fees. If you cancel your booking between 30 and 60 days before the event, you will not be eligible for a refund of your retainer. If you cancel your booking less than 30 days before the event, you will not be eligible for a refund. Please note that these policies apply to cancellations due to any reason, including weather, illness, or changes in personal circumstances. We understand that things come up and plans can change, but we rely on the retainer to pay our bills and to decline other clients for that day. Do you travel for photoshoots or destination weddings?
Yes, Luis is available for travel and is happy to photograph photoshoots and weddings at destinations around the world. If you're interested in booking Luis for a destination photoshoot, wedding or elopement, the process is similar to booking a local event. The main difference is that we may need to factor in additional costs such as travel expenses, accommodation, and any other fees associated with the location. If you have a specific destination in mind, we'll be happy to provide you with a customized quote that includes all of these costs. Please note that we do require a non-refundable retainer fee to secure your date and a signed contract to book a destination event. Can you recommend a trusted videographer?
Great! If you're ready to book Luis for your photoshoot or wedding coverage, the next step is to sign a contract and pay a retainer fee to secure your date. The retainer fee is a percentage of the total cost of your package and is required to hold your date on Luis' calendar. The remaining balance will be due on or before the day of your event. Once we receive your retainer and signed contract, we'll send you a confirmation email with all the details of your booking and next steps. Do I get rights for printing?
Absolutely! I want to make sure that you have the ability to print and enjoy your beautiful photos for years to come. As part of your photography collection, I'll include a print release that allows you to make prints of your photos for personal use. This means you can make as many prints as you like for yourself, your family, and your friends. You also have the right to use all the photos for your personal use, such as creating a wedding album. Please note that the print release does not allow for commercial use or for the photos to be resold or distributed without prior permission. Additionally, the copyright remains with the photographer. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to ask.
I know accidents may happen, have you lost photos?
Your photos are incredibly important to me, and I take great care to ensure that they are secure. I understand that you have invested a lot of time and money in your wedding photography, and I want to make sure that your memories are protected. To ensure the safety of your photos, I use a professional dual camera system and each camera also has two card slots. This means that as I shoot, the photos are simultaneously saved to two separate memory cards. This provides an additional level of protection in case one memory card fails. Once the photos are captured, they are immediately backed up to multiple secure locations, including a cloud-based storage system and an external hard drive. Additionally, I also use state-of-the-art encryption to protect the photos during transfer and storage. I also take the necessary steps to protect my equipment and software to avoid data loss. I understand the importance of your wedding photos, and I will do everything in our power to keep them safe.
Electronics can fail at anytime but I try to reduce the risks.
Can you take a picture of me pretending to hold the Leaning Tower of Pisa straight?
